What are the ingredients?
All Real products are made from 100% natural ingredients, with absolutely nothing artificial. Our protein bars are made with 12 or fewer ingredients (depending on the flavour), and you can pronounce every one of them! We source locally wherever possible with grass-fed milk protein right where we are in Co. Kerry and Irish Atlantic Sea Salt.

At the moment, our products are only suitable for vegetarians, but watch this space!

Where do you ship to?
We ship to Ireland, the UK and most of Europe. Check out our shipping details page for a list of countries.

How long will my order take?
We do our best to process in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-6 business days. Delivery can sometimes take longer depending on your country, region and carrier. When your order is on the way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How does the subscription service work?
Find your favourite All Real products and select 'Subscribe & Save' to get started. You can select to replenish your order every 2,4 or 6 weeks. You can always pause, edit or cancel at any time and will only be charged when your order is processed.

Can I return my order if there’s a problem?
We will replace or refund any defective items. If you need to return your order for any other reason, please send it back to us in the original, unopened packaging. Please contact us at support@eatallreal.com if you have any issues.
