Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 6 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use our website. That means being able to find a bar, read what's in it and buy it, whatever device you use and however you use it.
What we aim for
We build our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is the standard used by the European Accessibility Act and the European standard EN 301 549.
Our site is partly conformant. Most pages meet the standard. A few don't yet, and we list them below so you know what to expect.
What we've done
We do our own website work here in Kerry, so we check and fix things ourselves. So far we have:
- Checked every section of our product pages and fixed what we found (May 2026).
- Tested 46 pages across the site with an automated accessibility check, and fixed what it found (September 2026).
- Checked every page on our site for images with no text description, and fixed them all (October 2026).
- Rebuilt our gift card page so it works the same way as our product pages (October 2026).
- Made text easier to read by making sure it stands out clearly from the background.
- Added text descriptions to images, so screen readers can tell you what's in them.
- Labelled buttons, slider arrows and form fields, so they make sense when read aloud.
- Tidied up page headings, so you can jump around a page with a screen reader.
- Made sure you can use our product pages with a keyboard alone, including picking a flavour and adding to your cart.
- Turned off moving effects on our product pages for anyone who has asked their device to reduce motion.
What isn't right yet
These are the parts of our site we know still need work:
- Our new flavour and Black Friday pages. The ingredient wheel buttons have no names for screen readers, and the allergen box text is hard to read. We will fix these when we rebuild the pages.
- Our sign-up pop-up. Some of its text is hard to read against the background. We're redesigning it.
Things we don't control
Some parts of our site come from other companies. These include customer reviews (Loox), subscriptions (Loop), our sign-up forms (Klaviyo) and checkout (Shopify). We can't change how these are built ourselves, so if you have trouble with one of them, let us know and we'll take it up with them.
Tell us if something doesn't work
If you can't use any part of our site, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. A real person on our team will read it.

Please tell us the page you were on and what went wrong.
If you're not happy with our reply, you can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), who look after accessibility for online shops in Ireland: ccpc.ie.
