What makes All Real different from other protein bars?
Most protein bars are made in a factory from a list of things you cannot pronounce. Ours are not. We make them in Kerry from real food, with twelve ingredients or fewer, Irish grass-fed dairy for the protein and dates for the sweetness. Nothing fake, and nothing you would not keep in your own kitchen.
Are your bars actually healthy, or just another processed snack?
Fair question, because a lot of bars are basically sweets in disguise. Ours are made from real ingredients you would recognise, with 16g of protein, gut-friendly chicory fibre and no artificial sweeteners. A real food snack that happens to be high in protein, not a treat pretending to be healthy.
What do you sweeten them with?
With dates, and nothing fake. No sucralose, no erythritol, none of the artificial sweeteners that can upset your stomach. Just real fruit sweetness, the way it should be.
How much protein and fibre is in a bar?
Our full-size bars have 16g of protein and the minis have 8g. The protein comes from Irish grass-fed dairy, and every bar carries gut-friendly fibre from chicory root. Real fuel, not empty calories.
Are the bars gluten free or suitable for my diet?
Yes, our bars are gluten free and certified. They are suitable for vegetarians. They are made with real dairy, so they are not vegan, and all flavours contain nuts, so always check the pack if you have an allergy.
How does the subscription work and how much do I save?
Pick your bars, choose Subscribe and Save, and tell us how often you want them, every two, four or six weeks. You save from the first order, and the bigger the box the bigger the saving, up to 28 percent. You are only charged when each order is made.
Can I skip, pause or cancel my subscription any time?
Yes, any time, no awkward phone calls. You can pause, skip, change your flavours or cancel from your account whenever you like, and there is no minimum number of orders. It is your subscription, on your terms.
Is the wrapper really home compostable?
It really is. Our wrapper is certified home compostable by TUV Austria, so it breaks down in a home compost bin, not just an industrial one. Good for you, and good for the planet.
Where do you deliver and what does shipping cost?
We ship across Ireland, the UK and most of Europe, with orders leaving us in one to two working days and arriving in three to six. Spend over €60 in Ireland or £55 in the UK and your shipping is free, otherwise a small flat rate applies.
Can I return my order if there is a problem?
If anything arrives damaged or not right, tell us and we will replace it or refund you. For any other reason, send it back to us unopened in its original packaging.
